1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Perkora account or using any part of this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
To use Perkora you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and hold a bank account, debit or credit card, or UPI ID issued by an Indian bank or licensed payment provider in your own name.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Cashback & redemption
- Cashback rates and monthly caps are published on the cashback categories page and may change from time to time; changes apply to payments made after the change takes effect.
- Cashback is credited to your Perkora passbook once the underlying payment has settled with your bank, typically within 24–48 hours.
- Redemption to your linked bank account requires a minimum balance of ₹100.
- Cashback earned through fraudulent, duplicate, reversed or cancelled transactions may be deducted from your passbook balance.
- Unredeemed balances below ₹100 are forfeited if an account is closed or remains inactive for 24 consecutive months.
5. Linked cards & UPI IDs
Card details you provide are tokenised on entry; Perkora stores a reference token rather than your full card number, and never asks for your card PIN, UPI PIN, password or one-time passcode. You may unlink a card or UPI ID at any time from your account settings.
6. Prohibited use
- Creating multiple accounts to claim cashback more than once.
- Linking a card or UPI ID that does not belong to you.
- Making payments solely to generate cashback with no genuine underlying purchase.
- Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Perkora platform.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms and withhold cashback earned through the breach.
7. Liability
Perkora is a cashback tracking service, not a bank or payment processor. We are not responsible for the outcome of the underlying payment itself — that remains between you and your bank or UPI provider. Our liability for any issue arising from your use of Perkora is limited to the redeemable cashback balance in your account at the time of the issue.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with an updated date, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
